Commissions and refund policy:
Payment of 50% to secure art commissions are due up front. Balance due upon completion of artwork prior to delivery or shipping. Artist reserves the right to complete the commission within a reasonable estimated timeline. There are no returns on commissioned artwork.
Non-commissioned artwork may be returned for exchange only with Samantha Yevohn Brown within 3 days of purchase in the condition it was received and from a non smoking home pet free home. No returns or exchanges on discounted or sale artwork. Shipping at the cost to the purchaser.
